Welcome to Resonance and A Harpmonic Journey into the Spheres

If you experienced Christina Tourin’s composition, “The Sky’s Invitation,” during the Italy and Corfu tour, you’ve taken part in a unique exploration of sound and resonance.

As you listened, you identified the frequencies that resonated most strongly within your body—whether experienced as a powerful vibration or as a soothing sensation of warmth, relaxation, and peace. These frequencies correspond to the harmonic signatures of the planets woven throughout the composition.

Following the 10-day journey, Christina will share the collective results of this experiential project. By gathering and studying these responses, we hope to deepen our understanding of the relationship between sound, the human body, and the ancient concept of the Music of the Spheres.

This research also supports Christina’s continuing lectures on music reported during Near-Death Experiences and the role of therapeutic music in hospitals and hospice care. Particular attention is given to the fourth-octave overtones and their potential influence on healing and consciousness.

Looking ahead, Christina plans to form a collaborative study and composition group for those interested in exploring these principles. Together, participants will study the theory behind these unique harmonic relationships and create music inspired by this extraordinary field of sound.
